You should be more specific.

I assume this is VNC:

Sounds like a great program. If you accidently let it running in an Internet cafe.

You should contact tech-support and ask them how to remove it.

Since you did not mention an Operating System or described your previous attempts to remove it, I cannot help you.

VNC is a nifty little App, I've used it before.  I think when I uninstalled I went through controll panel.

Usually there are 2 ways:
-reinstall the application, then at Start>Programs>VNC>
may be an uninstall link
-if there isn't, then delete the folder containing VNC and
clean up registry using EsyCleaner
(free) or  RegSupreme  (which is free for 15-30 days)
