cannot browse but can download.

  i am using windows vista business and from last one month i am not able to browse with my browsers Mozilla Firefox,internet explorer and chrome but i am able to browse from safe mode with networking.And when i log in my account (no safe mode) an error occurs that host process rundll32.exe has stopped working.My question is that is there any relationship between no browsing and rundll32.exe??i even search rundll332.exe but there are two rundll32.exe and rundll32.exe.mui. still i am able to download updates and torrent's.
