 After I install Chikka messenger v.5, I tried to sign in but an error occurred..

"microsoft visual C++ runtime library"

runtime error

this application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

how to deal with this?

try uninstalling and then reinstalling the program

I did it twice...  but still the same error...
