Do you have some spare ethernet cable, so you can physically connect your laptop to the router?
If so, post fresh "ping" log.

Let's establish that this router is communicating with the cable modem.  BTW, I have Comcast with Motorola Surfboard 5120 & Linksys router (no wireless).  If you type this or click this & it doesn't work, router is not connected to modem.  All Motorola & most other cable modems use this address.
          http://192.168.100.1/.

Is your other computer (the one that's working) connected to the same router with an ethernet cable or is it connected to the cable modem with a USB cable?  You can't user both the ethernet & USB on a cable modem.

          EDIT
          See this from above:
          Connection-specific DNS Suffix  . :
It should say:  Connection-specific DNS Suffix:  xxx.xxx.comcast.net

This says router is not communicating with modem.

Good. Your wired connection is perfect.

Try to reinstall wireless driver, or....your router may have an issue with its wireless part.
If reinstalling driver won't help, it'd be a good idea to invite a friend with a laptop and see, if he can connect.

              1.  Same router, wired connection works, wireless connection does not work?
Must be a setting in the router blocking wireless to the WAN connection (the cable from the router to the modem).
              2.  What is make & model or router?
