Comodo Internet Security
« on: January 18, 2011, 11:05:30 PM »
Hi guys, I found Comodo Internet Security and it says in its feature - Free to both business and home users
Source: http://www.comodo.com/home/internet-security/free-internet-security.php

Okay, here we go...
I have 40 clients (business partners). Each of them having their own 1 server with a production database. The OS of their server is Windows Server 2003. I advised them not to install free editions or cracks of anti-virus software in server specially for business use. All my clients are cleared with that.

They have also workstations (XP, Vista, 7) and found out that they are using free edition anti-virus software. Since this is for business use, any opinion?

They want to lessen their expenses 'cause licenses are very expensive in our country, can I suggest Comodo Internet Security for them?

How about MBAM and SAS, can they use it for business use? Can someone recommend me a decent bit of anti-virus software for business use? Open source would be nice.

Please advise.

When they were just a firewall, love it. When they added all the extra crap and became a security suite they trashed my system with an automatic upgrade they claim couldn't happen. I know I didn't upgrade to the new suite but it was there somehow.
That and their sale of certs to malware writers don't set right with me.

That question should be posted as a separate topic in the the Software forum.
