This is only available in XP or NT/2K running NTFS. Use the file and folder permissions... I think only the Admin account can actually set up the initial andministration and permissions deal.

I agree about the windows running in an NTFS (new technology file system)...

But there are available softwares... freewares.. that you can download in the net... you may find some in http://www.majorgeeks.com, http://www.softseek.com...
