Show us your system specs. If its an illegal copy, then your gona issues playing it some times. Maybe you istalled it wrong. Many posiblities, like the gy above me said, "more info". Go to systemrequirementslab.com and check to see if your computer passes, for the game you want, if it does your hardware isn't the problem.
