And your comment that a slow computer is caused by low ram 90% of the time is simply nonsense.
Should I make a windows repair and restore the system? A friend recommended me to do so and that the simplest solution .. Is this repair could delete files from my computer's system? It's absolutely safe?
Agreed, especially since the OP stated he has 4gb of RAM in the first post, which i thought to be plenty.
In reality, System Restore can create copies of the infected files. And some viruses may be capable of infecting the restore volume as well as the actual system files. When a person cleans their computer using an anti-virus, then uses System Restore, they may inadvertently re-infect the computer. Or if they use System Restore as a means of removal, either the restore will fail (if the anti-virus cleans the virus out during the restore process) or the restore will replace the file with an infected version.

No further feedback from Yizhazi, the original poster? Reddevilggg seems to suggest a software problem? Jason hardware? Is it software or hardware? A slow connection or a slow computer? I still would guess system restore might help? System Restore cannot hurt? OP does nothing.
