At first I was only able to see the sign on dialog box. It said Administrator for username and would not take my username and or my password. Then I rebooted and hit the f2 key and when setup-password came up I put in my password. At this point I got the symbol of the window and lock on a black screen and could not go further. I have windows 2000. The computer said it was preparing to boot device list but never did or it said to hit f12 to temporary boot list, but it did not work. it said to hit f1 but that did not work. The only way to get out was to shut the machine down. Is there a way to unlock this machine?
