Message said Scrobj.dll cannot be copy while reinstall after formatting

Hi everyone

Please kindly help me with below:

After i formatted C drive, i have Windows XP Prof. to be installed. It normally works fine.

But this time while it is being installed half way thru to 46%, it came up a message said Scrobj.dll cannot be copy/replicate .

So I hit skip and it came up a blue screen said '' BAD_POOR_CALLER''

anyone know how to fit it?
