ok we just did a major switch from small biz server 2003 to server 2008 standard R2. and now half of the Vista computers are still looking for the old server for their files no matter what we change in group polices. if i log on to the computers with my account everything works fine the files are pointing to the new server and if i log their accounts into my computer everything is fine but for some reason their accounts keep looking for the old server on their computers. I am lost. any ideas would be great. i have reset all GP's and even did an edit of local Group Polices. turned off offline files and folder redirection. and have checked the users accounts in AD and have found nothing. so it have to be the computer right? HELP!!!!!
