Is it sufficient to just execute the exe file of java?       or any variable setting is necessary?

Welcome to CH.
Some more detail is needed. Many application programs require a run-time package of either JAva, C++ or even both. Once these have been installed, the user is not even aware the application is using a run-time package (library).
