    Hard Error !!!

    In my laptop I have install windowsXP it keep re-booting after 2 mins and also laptop hang up i need to switch off and switch ON back..It shows me error "Hard error" and ntdll.dll error...WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP ME??

    Did you try to reinstall it?
    Is your hard disk saturated?
    Is a file missing on your install cd?

    Disregard the above post

    1) Go to system properties - advanced - startup and recovery settings and uncheck "automatically restart". Then reboot.

    2) Download BlueScreenView:
    http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html
    unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe to run the program.
    when scanning is done, go to EDIT - Select All
    Go to FILE - SAVE Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt
    Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all of the content, and paste it into your next reply
