Check your BIOS setup again for Post Behavior if Fastboot is On or Default.
Try clearing also under maintenance your Event Log.

The HD fan is underneath/attached to the HD itself.
The hd fan wire is connected to the motherboard which makes the fan work.
I don't see no other connection to put the hd fan wire other than the one that i see.
as for the bios configuration.... i don't see none to fix the issue.
I check the bios setup post behavior and the error message i gave on the post is the same.
