SATA generally is a better connection, and it allows for a really good RAID setup, IDE is good though and has been working,fairly
, well for a number of years now. So again it comes down to what you want it for.
For speed and, say, gaming purposes, SATA on a RAID 0 is probably best, but thats just my opinion.
For a more stable straight forward setup, IDE is probably better for ya.
