click Start / Run

type sfc /scannow into the box, click OK

Did you click START then RUN then type in sfc / scannow ??

in my start box the run button isn't there only search

Then it should be in START / ALL PROGRAM / ACCESSORIES / RUN

then type sfc / scannow then OK

I got it (run) it says windows cannot find 'sfc/scannow. make sure ypu typed the name correctly and try again

yes just like the video, the black screen shows and disapear rapidly, by the way right now I dont hear the beep and my computer hasn't freeze

Does it power down and boot up correctly ??
