I have had this problem before and fixed it with a fix put out by Microsoft to address the issue of sending saved e-mail without forwarding. It had to do with an update and Microsoft put out a fix for it. My friend is having the same problem and I sent her the fix and it will not work for her. The message she gets is "Set up has detected that the service pack version of this system is newer than the update you are applying" I too have service pack 3 on my XP computer and sucessfully installed the fix for this.. Hope someone can help me solve this issue.
