We got hit with this last night. But didn't fall for it one bit. But right now we can't open our Outlook Express email program. I tried to download some free antivirus programs also but can't do that either - all I get is "C:/Documents and Settings.... Application not found". Can't download anything right now. Some help or advice will be appreciated. Don't know too much about computers so I am at the mercy of everyone here.
