Just to clarify that it is the computer that you wiped (the XP computer) that is having the issue and none of the others correct?
If that is the issue then go to page 16 on one of the manuals and follow the instructions on how to install the USB Drivers. Only do this on the system that is connected to the modem via the USB port. You posted (Reply #10 on: August 05, 2011, 11:19:35 AM) that you had the disk and only use if this is the correct disk for the modem.
