    Korean Language Support
    « on: August 12, 2011, 07:22:15 PM »
I have two issues with installing Korean Language support.
First, when I try to install Microsoft Global IME Korean, I get "This setup requires Office XP."  Office 2010 is already installed in the computer.
Second, when I choose "Install files for East Asian languages" from "Supplemental languages support," I get "Please insert the Compact Disk labeled 'Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3 CD' into your CD-ROM drive."  My computer shows that SP3 is already installed and I don't have SP3 CD.

You will need the XP CD to install any language packs...
Where is your CD ? ?
