Guess I'm missing an important .dll?

HI everyone - you great brainy guys!

For the past couple days, every time I shut down or re-start,
I get a message when I'm coming back up:

         "Program can't start... Missing SString.dll"

I press OK - then the computer starts as if nothing is wrong.

But, I get to thinking - it might be something I really need and
I'm not taking care of it.

So, here I am!  Asking for a copy of it and advice of where it
belongs so I can paste it there.

Anyone know about this .dll?
