I am working with Windows 7 and downloaded a bid that was a zip file. I can open it to see 2 files, but I can't save it or print it. Tried to send a screen print but it comes as a .docx and cannot load it. Tried changing it but said it cannot be read as .doc.

What file extension is on the files once they are decompressed?

So they are pictures. What program are you using to open and print the files?

They are not pictures but the bidder saved them this way. When I right click the zip file I get a choice "Open With.." and when I click that it offers Windows Explorer as the only choice.

After I open the .jpg the only choice I have is to copy it and I tried that (copy to word) but it didn't work.

Never mind I was able to copy and paste to a word doc.
