Hard Drive Prob. Maybe?

Pentium 3.2 Ghz | 1 GB GEL RAM | 80 GB HD | ViewSonic Professional Series p95f+-2 Monitor | Nvidia Amazing video card

Well i turn on my game and im getting like 30 fps and i tweaked all my settings, i put Refresh Rate to 100 Hz and i still get 40 or 50 fps can someone help me i think it has to do with my ATA Hard Drive and the bios please respond :).

Nvidia amazing videocard. Could be about anything, I thought my 32MB Nvidia Nforce was amazing. 3 years ago. So what'll it be?

What game are you running?

Did you update your videocard drivers to the latest avaible?

Did you patch your game?

What makes you think it is your hard disk?

Seems to me like you might need better cooling.
