    Sound/program problem on Win 7
    « on: September 26, 2011, 02:47:48 AM »
    Hello

I am able to listen to iPlayer (online TV) with my new PC, but not DVDs.

The DVD is not a prirate.

Microsoft seems unable to provide a solution (please see attachment).

    Any ideas, please?

    Thanks.

"Has known compatibility issues..." This program was not designed for Windows 7, and thus will not run properly. Try using another media player, such as VLC media player or Windows Media player.

It's listed on the "Not compatible" list for Windows 7 for both 32 and 64-bit.

      Thanks for your replies.

Windows Media Centre can play it now.

      Cheers
