    problems with briefcase

    I am trying to use briefcase to sync some files from my thumb drive to my desktop. I am getting a pop up saying the files are orphan files and can't be updated.

    Orphan files means they have been moved or are missing...

      I can see the files in the briefcase on my desktop and my thumb drive

      Does it show proper size for these files or are they all 1k etc?

        Those are nothing more than shortcuts to the original files...
        I'd search the file names if i were you...
