Hello and happy new year.
Once again the computer gremlins are laughing at me. I have a teacher with an Imac running Snow Leopard. I updated everything using the software update function. The problem the teacher is having is he can not reply to email. He get's the messages, can read them and the links are live in the messages. But when he clicks on the "reply" button, nothing happens. He is using Yahoo and Outlook Web Access. We have tried using Safari and Firefox with the same results in each. Elsewhere in the building, on other Imacs there is no problem. The pc's also function as they are supposed to. I checked with the DOE helpdesk and they are not doing anything with the mail system.
I don't know what else could be affecting the computer.
