windows 7 64 bit does not shut down

hi, new user here. i searched the forums but did not solve my problem. When i shut down my pc, it does not shutdown, i see the blue screen with shutting off message but it stays around 5 minutes and then a blue screen of death comes with all the error messages. i restart using the power button it restarts but the same scenario repeats. i tried to apply other suggestions on registry like not clearing registry etc.. but did not help.

this started like 1 day ago, i did sytem restore back to last week but also did not help. one more thing since this issue started, when i restart my pc, after welcome message the screen goes black for aorund a minute i can move the cursor but that is it. after a  minute the desktop comes back and everything is normal. i did virus scan nothing

adding the error message from event log. i searched for this kernel power error but couldnt find much other than it is related to system can not shut itself down

Download BlueScreenView:
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html
unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe to run the program.
when scanning is done, go to EDIT - Select All
Go to FILE - SAVE Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all of the content, and paste it into your next reply
