Hi, I really have limited knowledge about computers and lately my dell Inspiron laptop has started giving me an error box on startup. It says explorer.exe error. The application was unable to start correctly. Errr code 0xc0000022. Click ok to close application. And when I click okay the screen goes black and sometimes blue. I can start up in safe mode only. I have mcafee security and antivirus and also malware software and it can find no viruses. Can someone please help me fix my laptop??
Also it now says there was a problem starting C:\windows\system32\WerConCpl.dll. Access is denied.
