    Taskeng.exe appearing at Startup sometimes?
    « on: July 02, 2012, 08:21:14 PM »
    Hello
    About a month ago or two, I don't really remember, I started getting this dos window. Back then the dos window said:
    Code: [Select]
    Taskeng.exe
    c:\run.bat is not recognized as an internal or external command,
    operable program or batch file.
    I don't remember the message exactly. So I made a batch file called run.bat with these lines:
    Code: [Select]
    @echo off
    cls
    exit
    But now I'm not getting the error. Instead, I'm getting a blank Dos Screen.
    The reason why I made the batch file was to see if the error would disappear. There was no such file as run.bat. until I made it.
    I've tried looking in task scheduler to see if I could find anything that existed that pointed to a file called Run.bat.
    Any Suggestions?

    Carlos
