Editing Emails

[[email protected]]

Each time I try to edit an email it changes font to "blue italic" and has the name of the person editing the email pop up like this:

[Mia Popudam]

Newbie problem; I'm sure. But annoying none the less.

Please help.

It is impossible to give you answer with out more information.

What OS (operating system)
What program are you using for the e-mails (outlook or outlook express) or you doing this in a browser and if so IE8 or Firefox etc so this is being edited in Hotmail.
Please try explain as much as possible and in detail.
