Missing File w95inf32.dll ???????

I am running Windows XP and I ran the compatibility wizard set to windows 98/2000 to load an older game I have.   The game installed fine but when I went to play it, all I got was a message *missing w95inf32.dll*


Where can I get this??? Download?
