I opted yesterday to install the Yahoo Mail up grade. I was then requested to verify my account. That did not work as a message said I was not authorized as I violated the Terms of Service. Since then no emails have entered my Inbox, even when I sent a trial email from Outlook Express using another email address. I have asked Yahoo Customer Service what went wrong with no reply as yet.
