Unknown why

There is no member support link
There is no alternative method of acquiring a password when e-mail fails
There is no way to enter an alternate e-mail address (member profile can't be accessed without signing in)
Have to register twice to use an alternate address
           And most importantly
Netscape.net has become AOL_idiot.net
They have a problem with any e-mail besides SPAM

You got spoofed!

Sounds like some idiot cracker software got into your ISP server and set up a gimcrack pseudo-web filter. Use your ISP's regular voice phone line to get help in straightening this out, or use a different ISP.

You're not on AOHell, are you?

Not on AOLHell. But AOL_idiot.net (formerly Netscape.net) has screwed over my email account and steadfastly refuses to respond to my inquiries. When I tried to join the forum as a member I used my Netscape email address - should have known better - I'm the real idiot here. I need Admin to delete my registration so that I can enter a (very) private email address to get a password. Reregistering under a different account seems counterproductive and there is no alternate method.

Stop trying to sound smart and accept your ignorance with computers. I got a file that can fix that though...... it's an attachment called "HiddenVirus.Zip" and knowing you.... it would be downloaded.
