Hi malayo,
Sorry for the late response. I do see your contributions have been consistent since 10/28/2012 according to the stats on overclocking.com so I trust you resolved this problem. Most of the time FAH technical help is not supported strongly in this section of the Computer Hope forum simply because some of our few FAH contributors, like myself, just don't have the answer, or, we don't monitor the post in this section of the forum very often. (But that's one thing I like about FAH - I can do my 'life stuff' without needing to keep maintenance on my FAH contribution).
FYI - in the past when I needed help with FAH technical issues I always received prompt, excellent help on the FAH support forum at http://foldingforum.org/.
I hope this helps and HAPPY FOLDING!!!  :)
