I've been on the IRC chat off and on for a long time. Once it gave me a inappropriate guest number, so it changed it. I think it did that again, because I saw the "Username is locked and protected" (or something like that) message and that I needed to change it, or else it would. Before I could do anything I was banned, and I think permanently. I didn't even do anything! Is there some way you can fix it or something?
