What is the question?
When you are on the Internet it is automatic. About once every five days.
Do you want more frequent updates of the click?
Is the clock not working?
Does your work require better accuracy?

Do you need to update the clock without then Internet?
If the answer to the last question is yes, then you need an external device to update the clock.  Radio clocks tied to the US time are available for a price. With some research lyou can keep the cost down.

Replace the battery...

Part # CR 2032.
It can also lead to more issues such as not being able to boot properly.
When replacing it remove all power sources and take anti-static precautions
