computer keeps turning off

 hi can  any one help me  my computer keeps turning off on start up , thanks

Often that means the CPU is geeing too hot. Of a fan has slopped.
What kind of computer is ti? How old?

Does it turn back on all by itself within a couple seconds?
Mine does this almost all the time & can't figure out why.  Once I get the POST beep, it's good.

hi thanks for getting back  to me , not suer how old as was  one of my kids befor, , no  it just  turns off   some time it say windows error recovery , but i have run lot of tests

hi juts get in to biso  , dont  know  wht to look for  but  did make  a note of  this
  cpu tcontrol 30 c
current system temp 24 c
 cpu fan speed 11520 rpm system fan speed 0 speed
 not suer if that helps   thanks

To help us help you it's always best to provide as many details as possible such as PC details...new soft/hardware installed ...what happened prior to this etc...
