According to your speccy report, your computer is running a bit high on temperature readings.
Quote
CPU Intel Pentium T2330 @ 1.60GHz: 72 °C
Motherboard Dell Inc. 0WP007 (Microprocessor): 69 °C
I would say VERY high, and that could be a cause of the problem.  I'd focus on this issue to get the temps down and then see whether you still have freeze-ups.

How long since you looked inside to see how dirty it is, and to clean it?  In particular, are the CPU heat sink fins clogged with dust?  Has the processor been removed and reinstalled shortly before this problem started?  If so, did you reapply thermal paste?

thanks jason and soybean. I will open it and clean. Its being a long time since i cleaned it. Hi jason, i did what u asked me to do. I made a shortcut of the dump files on d desktop and zipped it before boxing it as you instructed. Is there something i didn't do?

The files are created shortcut or file type should be .dmp. See here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/316450 on how to configure generated kernel dump in Windows XP.

How is the computer running? Let's forget the dumpfiles but make sure to configure the settings to save kernel dumps (see last link post kb article). Did you removed the Desktop Icon Toy?
