Virus changed folders attribute as hidden
    « on: March 17, 2013, 02:32:34 AM »

Sir, Recently my pendrive got infected by virus which created shortcuts of every folder. though scanned by MS security essential antivirus, these shortcuts have been deleted but all folders are now in hidden attribute. These are visible only when show all folders and show system files options are selected in folder option.
I have tried command prompt command attrib -r -h x:\*.* /s /d  to remove hidden attribute. This command gets executed but showing "Not resetting......" Please help me to get my folders visible without re-setting folder option "hide system files..." in folder option

The correct query to type command prompt is attrib -h -s . Try with it.
