All you can do is try them...they'll either work or not.

I had that same computer running with the integrated Broadcom NIC and Server 2003, also ran into same problem with finding drivers. Chipset in mine was Broadcom, had to open case and look at the NIC chip to get details and research, and the Server 2003 Legacy Driver worked:

Link below is closest match I can find for Server 2003 and your Intel NIC chipset. May be worth trying out on your system. Sometimes its trial and error. If this doesnt work, the other thing you can do is boot the system off of a live Linux distro and look to see what Generic Driver it is using and test to make sure NIC works under this generic driver. Then hunt down that generic driver for Server 2003. Lastly, sometimes you can wrap a NDIS2 DOS driver to work for Windows/Server use but thats much more involved.

That driver only seems to be x64 and Itaniumx64.
The os is x86
how do I use a live linux distro to find the generic driver?
Right now i use 3 live linuxes:
Ubuntu 12.10
Lubuntu 12.04
GParted

This topic, now that i see it, should probably be moved to the drivers category.
