    User Account Control

I am having a minor problem with IE. I am running Windows 7 64 bit. I had a 32 bit and 64 bit IE browsrs in my start menu. I accidentaly deleted the 32 bit browser from the start menu. I created a new icon for the 32 bit browser, everytime I clicked on the browser a User Control Box would come up asking for permission to run.

The 64 bit browser no problems. I tried system restore and but still the box would still come up I also uninstalled/reinstalled same problem.

When IE10 came out I downloaded the new version hoping that it would fix any bad files that I had. But still the same problem the IE10 deleted my 64 bit version and left me with the 32 bit version which now I have to keep giving permission.

The only way I get around this, is closing UAC. But the Microsoft web site say's I should not do this. I forgot to mention That I am also logged in as administratot.
    Any suggestion?
