 ??? , my question is why we need the floppy disk, CD Rom,  and the speaker on the computer ???

These are very obvious questions, given time you could have found out yourself.

Floppy drives are used to store data on floppies. However, nowadays they are mainly used for bootdisks.

CD-ROMS are more capable of storing large quantites of data, however, more people decide to use DVD-ROMS

Back in the old days, most computers only had an Internal speaker, which was capable of a few beeping sounds. Now it is widely used to warn the user of errors during startup or if temperature readings are above the treshold limit.
