    It ys Qone8...not Gone.
DLoad install update and run both SuperAnti-Spyware and Malwarebytes anti malware....let them remove anything they find ...
    When done re-boot.

You may also give a check in add/remove programs(win xp) or Programs and features (windows vista/7/8), if you are able to uninstall the toolbar from there. Be sure Internet explorer should be closed at that time.

does not appear in add/remove program. got this toolbat when downloading duplicate email removal program  bit ironic isn't it. seems everytime you download shareware you get deceitful programs every time. surely the shareware providers know better than this.

I have reset my search e.g. back to google on IE and seems to have quietened it down. was unable to remove from add ons in chrome or IE.

I promise not to download shareware ever again. so they miss out on my business.

Download Rkill: Rkill The filename is IExplorer.exe Download to your desktop.

        Download Adwcleaner: Adwcleaner

Download Windows Shortcut cleaner: Windows Shortcut Cleaner

        1) Run the file IExplorer.exe you just downloaded. Rkill will stop/kill any processes associated with malwares running in the background. Do not restart the computer as the processes will not run again until you restart.

        2) Run the file Adwcleaner and click the scan button to scan your system for any toolbars and adwares. After scan is complete, review all tabs to see what has been found, Click Clean to remove all found objects. Your computer will restart to complete removal.
        3) After computer restarts, run the downloaded sc-cleaner.exe Scan and remove all shortcuts created by the toolbar/adware.

Your computer now should be free from the gone toolbar and also any other toolbars you may not be aware of.
