IE 10 to be run in browser mode IE8 permenatntly

Dear Experts

Although I am not a fan on using internet explorer.

My laptop has IE 10 installed ,,,,I am  using this laptop for my work and there are some website work related  should be run in IE8 or compatibility mode.

Every day when I use those websites (work related) I have to use F12 --> Browser mode : IE8, or Tools --> Compatibility view settings

How can I make either one of these changes to stay permanently ? or Can do I need to install IE8.

Are these websites that anyone on the Internet can access?  If so, can you list at least one of them?

No they are not such a website anyone can access them unless you find them coincidentally, because they need a username and password

My advice is to contact the creator of the website(s) and tell them the site will not properly display in IE 9 or IE 10.
