I have an iMac and connect to the internet using a USB modem and sim cards from local suppliers. I live in Bali, Indonesia.
I am a photographer. On my web site I have a facility for clients to download high-resolution image files for print.
Just lately I have noticed that when I download these images myself, from some clients galleries, they arrive on my computer reduced in size. A file of say 3MB will be reduced to 400K. This does not happen when other people download. It does not happen if I change my sim card to another supplier. It only happens on the most recent uploaded galleries. I have contacted my software supplier, my Internet service provider and my domain host, with no result, and in any event, as I said, it seems only to happen to me using my computer.
Absolutely baffled.
Any ideas anyone?
