Why did you start a new thread?  Original one is here.

Power supply ratings are not standardized.  Your 180W may or may not be sufficient.  The issue is:  why upgrade onboard AGP for hi performance PCI?  Given that your Dell was never intended to be upgraded in this manner, live with what you have, or just get a new computer.
