I'm running WIN 2008 R2 64bit on an HP DL360 G7 and I'm trying to configure network teaming for LACP to a pair of Cisco Catalyst WS-C3750G-24-T-S switches.
Every time I try to open up the control panel window for the HP Network Configuration Utility (NCU) version 10.10.0.11 it errors with
CPQTEAM.EXE has stopped working
And the problem details are ...

So I tried to upgrade the team driver to version 10.80.0.0 (HP NCU driver for Win2008 R2 from the HP website) and that failed a few times with ...
Setup is unable to install a setup dll
but today when I wanted to get the exact error message it successfully upgraded, but the config utility is still failing with

Anyone got any ideas?
PS: I have looked at

and can't find any subfolder in that part of the Registry which mentions the Team driver. Folder 009 is WAN Miniport. There some folders that represent each NIC, but I'm not going to edit the registry unless I'm sure I'm editing the correct section.
