Need help, my ISP is banned

When I try to use the chat it never loads and when I use someone else's internet it does, I use a VPN now but I really would like an easier solution.
My isp is: "belgacom skynet" and i'm from Belgium.

Can someone provide me a way to use the chat in a user-friendly manner, I really like the computerhope chat community and would be disappointed if I had to change.

go to http://chat.mibbit.com  and type    /query battlecam   and press enter    that way i can see your hostmask and I can unban you

I just replaced guest-45 with /query battlecam and clicked connect and it started loading So I guess i'll come back later
*edit* I just used my vpn to connect, typed /query battlecam and gave you my ip

I didn't say that, I don't know the guy who did that.

I guess you're right about ban evasion because I admitted using a VPN, I guess the 3 million Belgian users are banned from this site and should never try to use it.
