Why would you want to delete files?

When you run diskcleanup, delete all of them.

I'm at the disk cleanup screen the only things that are checked are dowoaded program files temporary internet files and thumbnails should I delete things like system error memory dump files or setup log files those sound important and I'd rather not delete them if I don't have to

The only thing that comes up when you run the diskcleanup are useless files and can be deleted.

ok i deleted them restarted and came up with the clean up message then i logged in and i think everything is fine
