what would be better to put in a tower got a choice of
amd-k6 (tm) 3D processor or the one thats not in there that is a inel pentium w/ mmx

More information please. What model of AMD and pentium is this? How much speed does each have?

The motherboard specs will determine the proper choice. One probably won't work.
